Hi, I’m Sam a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and nutrition coach passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.

I work with both men and women at all stages of life, with a specialist focus on supporting women through midlife. My approach combines evidence-based strength training, functional movement, and balanced nutrition with a realistic, supportive mindset.

Whether we’re in the studio, on the reformer, or working online, my goal is to help you build strength that lasts physically and mentally so you can move better, feel better, and thrive in every season of life.
